For a while now we have been seeing pictures of Rutshelle and her friend Stephane Vincent an IT Professional at the Primature at Port au prince. Their relationship started around December 2015 about 2 months after the Roody Roodboy and Trouble boy scandal. It’s been a secret relationship until recently when Rutshelle finally decided to admit it on social media.
